The Boys And Girls Club
You know that really dumb kid from 5th grade? The one with the misshapen head, who had no friends because he really couldn't live among normal people. Well he came back with his 1000 brothers and sisters and they started a club. I cant say its the worst building in the world, but I can promise you that not one person in that building has an I.Q. of over 105.
